The final method would be, if you can join a reality TV show which needs contestants to undergo a life changing cosmetic surgery procedure. While it sounds farfetched and difficult, you will be surprised at how many shows actually do this – and the best part – you get it all done for free (and you get to be on TV!). It might be hard to get selected during an audition but at least give it a try. Not only that, you might just have the chance to be famous.
